These T&Cs apply to all users of our website, including customers, browsers, and any others who access the site.
Orders
Placing an Order: By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product, subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Any deposit paid is non-refundable.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This email is for acknowledgment purposes only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Firemaker reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion prior to dispatch.
Pricing and Availability: All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment: Payment must be made in full prior to delivery of your order.
Product Information
Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct such errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to offer a solution.
Customisation: Many of our products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, finish, or appearance from the images on our website. These differences are part of the unique quality of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Delivery
Dispatch: Estimated delivery times will be provided on ordering.
Delivery Costs: Delivery charges vary depending on the product. Deliveries are made by a third party and we will not be held responsible for delayed shipments. We advise that you do not make installation arrangements until you are in receipt of the stove. For palletised deliveries the driver will only be able to deliver as close to the property as a pallet truck allows. The driver will not be able to assist in getting the delivery inside.
International Delivery: We offer international shipping. For international orders, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.
Risk and Ownership: Once your order is dispatched, ownership of the product(s) transfers to you. We are not responsible for any loss or damage once the item has been dispatched to the delivery address.
Returns & Refunds
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made or personalised products are non-refundable unless defective.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Warranty
All of our wood-burning stoves come with a 5 year warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow installation and maintenance instructions. Parts considered subject to normal wear and tear are rope seals, firebricks, paint finish, and glass.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Firemaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or the inability to use them, including loss of profits, business, or data. Our total liability to you shall be limited to the amount you paid for the product(s).
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design elements, is the property of Firemaker unless otherwise stated. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
Governing Law
These T&Cs and any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
