Absolutely delighted with the product, Not so happy with the advisory that “ Any competent person can install fire Bob” My builder & myself are more than competent & fully followed manufacturers install guidelines, but trying to get a HETAS engineer to commission is another story!! So lesson learnt for me & Always use certified HEATAS to install these types of products, real shame as this has dampened my experience in this process & May cost me more money!

Love this brand, and so happy with our fire, it’s both futuristic and functional, and is the centrepiece of our kitchen. The service from these guys were great. I can’t recommend them enough. Everybody comes to my home. Loves our fire and it’s really easy to use. If you’re thinking about it just do it it’s worth every penny.

We had the Firebob installed. It’s been brilliant. The company supplied everything we needed to get it erected, the instructions are very clear and all samples and so on were sent on request. Thoroughly recommended.
